Craig Ray Hill attended McNeese University in Lake Charles, Louisiana and attended Southern Law School, graduating in the top 10% of his class in 1995.
Upon graduating from law school, Craig went to work as law clerk to the Honorable John Sanders of the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ending his clerkship in 1996, Craig was awarded for his distinguished services with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. That same year Craig began practicing in Oakdale, LA and has been actively involved in Louisiana Personal Injury Litigation since then.
In 2000, Craig joined his law partner J. Craig Jones forming Jones & Hill Law Firm. The firm has two offices located in Oakdale and Oberlin, LA. The Jones & Hill Law Firm concentrates its practice in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, and trial litigation. Craig has litigation experience in automotive accidents, defective products, defective highways and as well as premise and real estate litigation.
Craig was born in Dry Creek, La and is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s trial lawyer college in Dubois, Wyoming. He has been involved in Trial litigation in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, and Florida, involving civil matters in State and Federal court.
In 2000, Craig was recognized and awarded membership into the prestigious “Million Dollar Advocates Forum”, limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict exceeding one million dollars. Craig is also a member of the Christian Legal Society, Associational of Trial Lawyers of America, Louisiana Trial Lawyers as well as local Bar Associations.
